Monday: Supreme Pizza Casserole

Tuesday: Enchilada Lasagna
This fun layered casserole incorporates fresh tomatoes and cilantro rather than canned products. If your family wants to put their own twist on it, and bulk it up more, you can add to the protein levels by adding pinto beans in addition to the black beans.
Wednesday: Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps
If you’re a fan of PF Chang’s, you’ll LOVE these healthy Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps. The lettuce serves as a perfectly crunchy way to eat the savory filling while still leaving you feeling full without being weighed down.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken
The gooey, creamy, cheesy, chicken-y flavor in this slow cooker meal is to die for! The broccoli in this dish is perfect, but you don’t have to stop there!
If you want to incorporate seafood into your diet more, try my Creamy Shrimp, Corn and Leek soup out. It’s light, creamy and super savory.
