Hello Ladies! Here is my Week 5 Meal Plan for y’all! As I mentioned before, I’m going to be sharing my weekly meal planning schedule including links to all of my favorite recipes to help you plan out your recipes and cook lightened-up meals for your family. This is the last week meal plan of January going into February. I hope ya’ll kept your goals, felt encouraged and these meal plans are helping you ladies!

Monday: Chilled Green Soup
This soup is a powerhouse of soothing energy, perfect for days when you’ve overexerted yourself physically. Pair it with lean turkey on pita bread, or grilled and sliced chicken for a clean and nutritious meal.
Tuesday: Taco Stuffed Peppers
Fill these up with delish ground turkey, salsa and cheddar cheese and you’ll have a bold burst of flavor in every single bite! Taco Tuesday will never be the same again!
Wednesday: Cheater Skillet Lasagna
This recipe is exactly as the title says, Cheater Skillet Lasagna, all the ingredients of lasagna without all of the steps!
Thursday: Honey Lemon Chicken
The garlic soy sauce marinade and honey-lemon glaze really amp up your basic chicken breast!
Friday: Blackened Salmon
The trick to this dish is coating the salmon completely with the Fiber One® cereal and blackened seasoning. It gives the salmon a sweet and spicy taste with a great texture! Bake and you’re done! Try with a side salad.
