Wednesday: Salmon Burgers
My Salmon Burgers are filled with great flavor with addition to my chili lime sauce! You can also add burger toppings such as crisp lettuce and tomato slices to make it a burger!
Thursday: Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
This dish has all the flavor without any of the extra salt in so many stir-fry dinners, packing bold flavor in every bite!
Friday: Crispy Catfish
Try it as a sandwich, in a wrap, in a taco, or just on its own! No matter how you serve this one up, try it with a side of my Lightened-Up Cole Slaw.
